Job summary

Acceleration Partners is seeking a Senior Partner Growth Manager for Platform Partnerships to own and grow platform and API partnerships that drive SMB advertiser acquisition and revenue. The role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and go-to-market, focusing on deal structuring, technical integration, and live onboarding.

The ideal candidate is a hunter with strong commercial instincts, capable of closing opportunities and managing integrations across a remote, world-wide team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in platform partnerships, business development, or API partnership management.
• Proven track record closing and operationalizing partnerships, not just sourcing.
• API documentation reading and engineering collaboration experience.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, SMB ad journeys, and platform products.
• Commercial acumen with ability to structure win-win deals and measure impact.
• Fluent English; additional major European language is a plus.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; travel when needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new platform and API partnerships with relevant ecosystems.
• Oversee onboarding and integration, translating commercial terms into operational reality.
• Co-create and execute joint GTM and activation programs with partners.
• Track KPIs (registrations, new customers, EMAA, revenue) and optimize performance.
• Bridge external partners with internal product, engineering, and marketing teams.
