Job summary

STChealth, part of Harris, seeks a Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect to own a modern CI/CD and security-driven delivery platform. You will craft automated pipelines, secure gate integration, and self-service tooling for developers in a high-throughput public-health tech environment.

The role emphasizes architecture across GitOps, IaC, SRE practices, and compliance with SOC 2 II, HIPAA, and federal audits, with 100% remote work within the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
• Experience designing and standardizing enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep proficiency with AWS and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Experience with GitOps controllers (ArgoCD, Flux) and canary deployments.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain centralized, reusable CI/CD templates.
• Build modular release architecture with upstream scanning and downstream delivery targets.
• Implement GitOps promotion with ArgoCD/Kargo and canary rollouts to EKS.
• Automate machine-image pipelines and blue/green updates for production systems.
• Provide pre-configured project scaffolding and IaC modules for self-service within guardrails.
• Embed automated security gates (SAST, SCA, image hygiene) into builds.
