Job summary

STChealth seeks a Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect to own a modern golden path delivery platform, automating secure, self-service software delivery for teams. You’ll bridge a high-throughput platform with production systems, enforcing automated security gates, ORRs, and telemetry while enabling AI-driven workflows.

The role requires 5+ years in platform engineering with AWS/EKS, GitOps, IaC, and security gate integration, offering full-remote US work and a mission to protect public health.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE with enterprise CI/CD design.
• Deep AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) experience including networking and Helm lifecycle.
• Practical GitOps with canary deployments (Argo Rollouts, ArgoCD).
• Coding in C#/.NET, Node.js, or Python to build internal tooling.
• Experience with AI infrastructure, model gateways, and agentic workflows.
• IaC with Terraform or Pulumi and VM-based delivery concepts.
• Security gates: integrate SAST/SCA and vulnerability checks into deployment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build centralized, reusable CI/CD templates and pipelines.
• Implement GitOps-driven delivery with canaries to EKS and on-prem targets.
• Automate security gates, vulnerability checks, and audit trails.
• Ensure operational readiness via ORRs and telemetry instrumentation.
• Design self-hosted AI infrastructure and agentic orchestration environments.
