Job summary

WarrCloud seeks a Deployment Project Manager to lead multi-system onboarding for automotive dealerships. You will manage store builds, DMS integration, and end‑to‑end validation while coordinating with Deployment and Training teams to ensure smooth launches.

You will troubleshoot access, drive root‑cause analyses, and maintain extensive documentation. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with dealership platforms (CDK/DealerTrack/Reynolds), strong communication, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Experience with dealership systems and vendor platforms.
• Strong problem-solving for onboarding and IT support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute store builds, DMS integration, and system validation.
• Troubleshoot access issues across CDK, DealerTrack, Reynolds and more.
• Maintain documentation and update Jira tasks.
• Provide post‑integration support and post‑live validation.
• Coordinate with Deployment and Training on launch timelines.
• Adhere to SLAs and security protocols.
