Job summary

WarrCloud Inc. is a fast-growing automotive tech company seeking a Deployment Project Manager to lead store onboarding, integrations, and validation across DMS systems.

You will ensure builds meet configuration standards, troubleshoot access and integration issues, and partner with IT, Development, and Training to keep deployments on schedule. Qualifications

Technical aptitude with VPN, MFA, and credential workflows.
Experience with dealership systems (CDK, DealerTrack, Reynolds) and vendor platforms.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and pivot quickly.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
Knowledge of standard MFA setups (Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, FortiToken, CiscoAnyConnect, DUO).
Bonus: onboarding, implementation, or IT support experience.

Responsibilities

Execute store builds, DMS integration, and system validation.
Ensure builds meet configuration standards and pass validation checkpoints.
Troubleshoot access issues across CDK, DealerTrack, Reynolds, and more.
Troubleshoot build errors including VM setup and DMS issues.
Collaborate with Development on integrator setup and vendor workflows (e.g., OXLO for Ford).
Maintain and update Jira tasks and documentation.
Provide post-integration support: connectivity, MFA failures, credential lockouts.
Join post-live validation calls to confirm store activation.
Partner with Deployment and Training to align launch timelines and ensure stores stay operational.
Identify recurring issues and drive root-cause analysis with IT/Development.
Own escalation path for blockers and ensure complete handoff.
Adhere to SLAs for build timelines and post-live support.
Follow security protocols for credential handling and MFA setup.
Provide status updates across teams during builds.

This position is essential for expanding WarrCloud's Platform and providing a seamless experience for every store. What You'll Be Doing

Execute store builds, DMS integration, and system validation
Ensure all builds meet established configuration standards and pass required validation checkpoints before handoff
Troubleshoot access issues across CDK, DealerTrack, Reynolds, and more
Troubleshoot build errors, including VM setup failures and DMS issues (e.g., missing ROs)
Collaborate with Development on integrator setup and vendor-specific workflows (e.g., OXLO for Ford)
Maintain, build documentation, and update Jira tasks
Provide post-integration support: resolve connectivity issues, MFA failures, credential lockouts, and other technical blockers
Join post-live validation calls if needed to confirm store activation
Partner with Deployment and Training to align launch timelines and ensure stores stay operational.
Identify recurring build or integration issues and drive root‑cause analysis with IT/Development
Own the escalation path for unresolved technical blockers, ensuring timely and complete handoff
Adhere to defined SLAs for build timelines, integration completion, and post‑live support
Follow all security protocols for credential handling, MFA setup, and access management
Provide proactive status updates to Deployment, Training, Warranty, and IT throughout the build lifecycle
Contribute updates to training materials and documentation when workflows or integration steps change
Offer feedback on tooling gaps and opportunities for automation to improve build efficiency

Requirements What You Bring
