Hootsuite is seeking a Platform Delivery Specialist to configure client accounts across our core platform and Lumen by Talkwalker. You will build dashboards, automated reports, workflows, and alerts, and deliver standard training sessions to clients.

You’ll partner with Professional Services for new deployments and with Customer Success for ongoing delivery, ensuring clean data, scalable account structures, and timely platform setup as we scale.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional experience in SaaS platform configuration or related roles.
• Ability to learn multiple tools quickly and work across platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing work.

Responsabilités

• Configure Hootsuite platform per client requirements and specs.
• Design enterprise account structures and permissions across platforms.
• Build dashboards and topics in Lumen to client specs.
• Create automated reports, exports, and alert logic.
• Assist clients with AI agent setup and automate repeatable tasks.
• Deliver standard training sessions on platform use and reporting.
• Support partner delivery network with trainings and QA.
• Review work for quality and coordinate with clients during UAT.
• Interact with clients to confirm requests and demonstrate dashboards.
• Set up recurring workflows to keep dashboards current.
• Contribute to process improvements and playbooks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
