Job summary

Corestream is seeking a remote, full-time Content & Platform Configuration specialist to own client-facing marketing content and data configuration end-to-end. You will partner with Implementation and Product teams to onboard new clients, update collateral, and ensure accuracy before publishing.

This role emphasizes proactive problem solving, AI-assisted workflow improvements, and maintaining a high-volume, detail-intensive workload.

Qualifications

• Experience owning end-to-end content and platform configuration processes.
• Ability to verify content against source materials before publishing.
• Strong collaboration with Implementation and Product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the plan and marketing content section for new client onboarding and product launches.
• Source collateral and dynamic content from providers and partners.
• Enter collateral and dynamic values into internal systems.
• Populate marketing content updates from Product.
• Verify platform entries against source material before go-live.
• Serve as main liaison between platform content/structure and Product.
• Flag dependencies, gaps, risks, or updates before changes are implemented.
• Execute content/ configuration updates from Product changes and validate reflections in the platform.
