Job summary

Agrocorp International is seeking a Sales Manager – Plant Protein to expand our North American footprint in a fully remote role. You will lead B2B sales, technical selling, and account management for plant protein isolates and functional fractions.

Work with R&D, food science, procurement, and contract manufacturers to map protein specs to target formulations and move accounts from bench-scale sampling to multi-year supply agreements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B technical sales in food ingredients, with plant-based proteins experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong technical understanding of plant protein functionality and formulations.
• Proven track record in securing long-term supply agreements with CPG brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional revenue growth and volume targets for plant-protein products.
• Drive technical sales and solution selling with R&D and procurement teams.
• Manage complex commercial negotiations and multi-year contracts.
• Maintain CRM records and represent the brand at trade shows.
