Jobot seeks a seasoned Regional Sales Manager with a strong background in food sales, especially protein products, to drive growth across their designated region. This is a 100% remote, permanent role focused on the Texas market, offering aggressive commission and substantial earning potential.

You will lead a high-performing sales team, manage key regional accounts, and collaborate with marketing to expand brand presence while hitting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in food sales, specifically within the protein sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in managing a high-performing sales team.
• Deep understanding of ethnic markets and regional accounts.
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with large accounts.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the assigned region.
• Identify and target key accounts within food and protein industries, especially ethnic markets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and understand their needs.
• Negotiate and close agreements with large customers and manage the sales process.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements where needed.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts for senior management.
• Stay updated on new product launches and onboard the sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure accurate brand representation in the region.
• Address potential problems and propose prompt solutions.
• Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
