The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in planning or a related field, 5+ years of planning experience, and professional certification (AICP or ALA).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in planning or a related field required.
• Five+ years of planning experience in land development/public policy.
• AICP or ALA certification preferred; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, ArcGIS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage project-related planning issues.
• Coordinate with Bowman staff on planning and engineering work.
• Represent clients at councils, boards, commissions, and meetings.
• Assist with client pre-development and land development tasks.
• Attend evening and weekend meetings.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures for projects.
