Job summary

Concentra, Inc is seeking an Operations Recruiter in Addison, TX to drive end-to-end recruitment for medical support roles across multiple position types, including PRN, part-time, and full-time/direct hire. You will partner with hiring managers to create requisitions, source diverse candidates, and manage the interview process in a fast-paced environment.

You will build a robust pipeline, extend offers, track applicants, and deliver regular reports to leadership while adhering to HIPAA and PHI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent education/experience.
• 1:1 ratio of college to work experience in lieu of degree is allowed.
• At least three years of recruiting experience for mid to large healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to create and review job requisitions, defining key position requirements.
• Source, recruit, and pre-screen candidates for medical center and other clinical roles.
• Assess candidates to determine fit with job requirements and responsibilities.
• Determine job offer details and extend offers to hires.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.
• Document and track candidates in the applicant tracking system.
• Develop and provide recruiting reports to managers and leadership.
• Monitor requisitions and candidate flow to ensure timely processes.
• Build trust with managers and candidates and promote diversity in hiring.
