Job summary

Concentra, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Recruiter to lead physician and APC recruitment efforts. This remote role partners with Hiring Managers to build requisitions, source and pre-screen candidates, and extend offers, while maintaining a robust talent pipeline across healthcare roles.

The ideal candidate has five or more years in physician recruiting, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently within a high-demand environment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR/Business Administration or related field; or equivalent experience
• Five+ years of physician recruiting experience
• Travel required per business needs
• Experience recruiting across all 50 states (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers to define job requisitions and requirements
• Source, recruit, and pre-screen candidates for multiple positions
• Assess candidate fit against job requirements
• Determine offer details and extend offers
• Maintain a qualified candidate pipeline and document in ATS
• Prepare weekly/monthly recruiting reports for leadership
