Core Clinical Partners is seeking an Associate Recruiter to build and manage candidate pipelines for physicians and APPs across Emergency and Hospital Medicine. You will conduct proactive outreach via phone, text, email, and networking to generate qualified leads and support recruiters with prescreens and handoffs.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and healthcare recruiting experience, with strong CRM skills and the ability to manage multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Source physician and APP candidates via calls, texts, emails, databases, job boards, referrals.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines aligned with priorities and markets.
• Conduct high-volume outreach to generate interest and identify opportunities.
• Perform initial candidate prescreens for licensure, geography, availability, compensation, and clinical background.
• Deliver qualified handoffs to recruiters with documentation and next steps.
• Develop and maintain lead lists by specialty and market needs.
• Support recruitment across multiple states and specialties.
• Maintain candidate records and outreach in Salesforce, Assist, or other systems.
• Collaborate with recruiters to align sourcing with active searches and priorities.
• Assist with recruitment marketing campaigns to boost engagement and pipeline growth.

Job Summary:

The Associate Recruiter serves as a dedicated sourcing and lead-generation partner to one or more experienced recruiters. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and developing physician and APP candidate pipelines through proactive outreach, market research, and relationship building. The primary focus is increasing candidate activity, generating qualified leads, and creating a consistent flow of opportunities that support recruiting goals across Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine, Urgent Care, and future service lines.

Essential Duties:

• Proactively source physician and APP candidates through phone calls, text campaigns, email outreach, databases, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines aligned with recruiting priorities, specialty needs, geographic markets, and upcoming program launches.
• Conduct high-volume outreach to generate candidate interest and identify qualified recruiting opportunities.
• Complete initial candidate prescreens to gather key information including licensure, geographic preferences, availability, compensation expectations, and clinical background.
• Deliver qualified candidate handoffs to assigned recruiter(s) with clear documentation and next-step recommendations.
• Develop and maintain lead lists based on specialty, licensure, and market-specific hiring needs.
• Support physician and APP recruitment efforts across multiple states and specialties.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and outreach activity within Salesforce, Assist, or other designated recruiting systems.
• Partner closely with assigned recruiter(s) to align sourcing efforts with active searches and organizational priorities.
• Assist with recruitment marketing campaigns and other initiatives designed to increase candidate engagement and pipeline growth.
