SaviLinx LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative II (Phones) for a remote, work-from-home role. You will handle customer inquiries across lines of business, coordinate claims, and strive for high SLA/quality performance in a privacy-conscious environment.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, time management, and multitasking abilities, plus experience with CRM systems. The role requires up-to-date capacity for home-based work and flexibility within business hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of college preferred.
• 2+ years of contact center experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Time management skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
• Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills.
• Computer proficiency across multiple screens while talking with the customer.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates claims electronically and via telephone.
• Meets established goals for SLA and Quality metrics.
• Ensures first call resolution through effective call/email/chat handling.
• Maintains privacy, confidentiality, and precision in data.
• Documents all customer information in the CRM system.
• Uses Knowledge Base to support client requirements.
• Provides mentoring, training, and development to CSRs as needed.
