Job summary

CREtelligent is seeking a contractor for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) to support commercial real estate due diligence nationwide. The role involves field visits, historical records review, and reporting under ASTM E1527-21.

You will work with senior environmental consultants and project managers, producing clear, compliant reports using Quire templates and contributing to risk assessment for clients in the CRE sector.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience conducting Phase I ESAs in commercial real estate.
• Bachelor’s degree in geology, environmental science, engineering, or related field.
• Ability to research using historical records, environmental databases, and regulations.
• Strong technical writing and attention to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high quality Phase I ESAs: site visits noting contamination signs.
• Review historical records to identify risks and liabilities.
• Data collection and analysis of environmental factors.
• Prepare Phase I ESA reports with conclusions and recommendations using Quire templates.
