CREtelligent, Sacramento, CA-based, is seeking contractors to join our nationwide network to perform Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) for commercial real estate transactions. You will conduct field work, review historical records, and prepare comprehensive reports in accordance with ASTM E1527-21 and client templates using the Quire platform.

This contractor role emphasizes high-quality ESAs, data collection, and clear reporting, collaborating with senior environmental consultants

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ experience conducting Phase I ESAs or related environmental assessments in the commercial real estate industry.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in geology, environmental science, engineering, or similar discipline (preferred).
• Ability to conduct thorough research using various sources, including historical records, environmental databases, and local regulations.
• Strong technical writing skills to clearly communicate findings, conclusions, and recommendations.

• Perform detailed Phase I ESAs, including field observations for contamination indicators.
• Review historical records, aerials, property records, and regulatory databases to identify risks.
• Gather and analyze environmental data such as land use history and regulatory compliance.
