CREtelligent is seeking contractors to join its nationwide network to perform Phase I ESAs for commercial real estate transactions. You will conduct detailed field visits, review historical records, assess environmental risks, and prepare clear reports that comply with ASTM E1527-21 using Quire templates.

Remote Texas-based work options are supported. Ideal candidates have 5+ years Phase I ESA experience, strong technical writing, and a track record of accurate data collection and regulatory

Qualifications

• 5+ years Phase I ESAs or related environmental assessments.
• Bachelor’s degree in geology, environmental science, engineering or similar.
• Strong writing and ability to communicate findings clearly.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and reporting standards.

Responsabilités

• Conduct detailed Phase I ESA site visits observing conditions for contamination.
• Review historical records, aerials, and regulatory databases for risks.
• Gather data on land use and regulatory compliance and analyze liabilities.
• Prepare Phase I ESA reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations using Quire templates.
