Job summary

CREtelligent seeks contractors for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) to support commercial real estate diligence. You will perform site visits, review historical records, and prepare comprehensive reports in alignment with ASTM E1527-21 and related scopes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Phase I ESA experience, familiarity with Quire templates, and strong technical writing skills to clearly communicate findings and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience conducting Phase I ESAs or related environmental assessments in commercial real estate.
• Strong technical writing skills to clearly communicate findings, conclusions and recommendations.
• Ability to conduct thorough research using various sources, including historical records and regulatory databases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high quality Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) including site visits and historical data review.
• Prepare clear Phase I ESA reports with findings, conclusions and recommendations.
• Utilize the Quire writing platform to generate detailed, compliant reports for clients.
