Job summary

Upperline Health Plus is seeking a full-time Remote Pharmacy Technician to support its clinical pharmacy program. Working under the supervision of a Pharmacist, you will conduct telephonic patient outreach, gather medication histories, and support adherence initiatives in a fully remote role.

The position emphasizes HIPAA compliance, strong communication, and experience with reconciliation and medication management; Florida licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Active Florida pharmacy technician registration in good standing.
• Minimum of three years’ pharmacy technician experience, incl. medication histories and reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of medications, OTC products and dietary supplements.
• Excellent phone communication and attention to detail.
• Able to maintain HIPAA compliance in a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Outbound phone outreach to obtain and verify medication histories.
• Conduct medication reconciliation and escalate questions to Pharmacist.
• Promote adherence via refill reminders and 90-day prescriptions.
• Support quality measures and document outcomes in EHR.
• Identify copay assistance and affordability options.
• Coordinate with care team and pharmacies to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain timely documentation in the EHR and generate reports.
• Uphold patient privacy and security in remote work.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
