Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience working remotely and independently.
• Current, active Pharmacy Technician license in state of residence.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to provide medication-related outreach.
• Engage members to identify barriers to medication use.
• Coordinate care by communicating with prescribers and pharmacies.
• Document all member interactions accurately and in real time.
• Review medication profiles to identify adherence opportunities.
