Job summary

Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, seeks a Pharmacy Technician Senior Representative to support the ESSDS team with accuracy in prescription data entry and collaboration with pharmacists. This role offers remote work with occasional office presence as needed.

The candidate should have a Missouri technician license, a high school diploma, and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with strong attention to detail and basic math abilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current Missouri Pharmacy Technician license in good standing required.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience, experience in a specialty pharmacy setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
• Problem solving and basic math skills.
• Flexible and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Mandatory overtime may sometimes be necessary to meet business needs.
• Complete data entry of prescriptions after reviewing for completeness and accuracy.
• Work with pharmacists per work instructions, policy and procedures, management direction or any national or state regulations.
• Complete training on REMS program requirements
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and assist with questions/issues for team members in coordination with supervisor.
• May assist with training of newly hired pharmacy technicians.
