The Cigna Group is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Senior Representative for Accredo. This remote-friendly role focuses on accurate prescription processing with doctors and patients, ensuring complete information and data entry accuracy.

Missouri licensing is required, with the ability to work from home most of the time. Ideal candidates bring at least two years of relevant experience, preferably in specialty pharmacy, plus strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current Missouri Pharmacy Technician license in good standing required.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience; specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
• Basic working knowledge of email, Word, and general computing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to learn internal systems and processes as needed.
• Problem solving and basic math skills.
• Flexible and adaptable with strong time management.

Aufgaben

• Contact doctors and/or patients to obtain complete and accurate information for prescription processing.
• Data entry of prescriptions after reviewing for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with pharmacists per work instructions, policy and procedures, or state regulations.
• Complete REMS training requirements.
• Serve as SME to assist with questions for team members in coordination with supervisor.
• May assist with training of newly hired pharmacy technicians.
• Additional duties as assigned and cross-trained as needed.
