Qualifications

• Basic working knowledge of email, Word, and general computing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact doctors/patients to obtain complete and accurate information for prescription processing.
• Data entry of prescriptions after reviewing for completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with pharmacists per company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Complete REMS program training.
• Serve as SME and assist team with questions; coordinate with supervisor.
