Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, seeks a Pharmacy Technician Senior Representative to support specialty prescription processing. The role emphasizes obtaining complete information from prescribers and maintaining strong customer service and communication with a focus on accuracy and quality.

The position allows working from home with occasional office presence and requires adherence to REMS requirements and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current Missouri Pharmacy Technician license in good standing required.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience; specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and quality.
• Ability to learn internal systems and processes.

Responsabilités

• Primarily contacting doctors and/or patients for complete and accurate prescription information.
• Complete data entry of prescriptions after reviewing for completeness and accuracy.
• Work with pharmacists per instructions, policy and procedures, and regulations.
• Complete REMS training program requirements.
• Serve as SME and assist with questions/issues with team and supervisor.
• May assist with training of newly hired pharmacy technicians.
• May be cross-trained to support other functional areas.
