Job summary

Cigna Healthcare, via Evernorth Health Services, seeks a Pharmacy Technician Senior Representative to support specialty prescription processing. The role emphasizes obtaining complete information from prescribers’ offices and providing excellent customer service and clear communication.

This position is not work-site dependent, allowing most work from home with occasional office presence. Hours are 8:00–4:30, Monday–Friday, with mandatory overtime as needed to meet business needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contact doctors and patients to obtain complete information for prescription processing.
• Enter prescription data after verifying completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with pharmacists per policy and regulatory guidance.
• Complete REMS program training requirements.
• Serve as SME and assist teammates with questions under supervision.
• Assist with training of new pharmacy technicians.
• Support other areas as needed.
