Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy in Louisville, KY is seeking a Pharmacy Technician - Customer Care Specialist for a full-time position. This role involves managing customer care issues and supporting the sales team in a remote capacity with training onsite.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience and strong customer service skills. Starting salary is $22.00 per hour with a sign-on bonus of $5,000 for early starters. Comprehensive benefits including 401k with a match and paid time off are also offered.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of pharmacy billing or certified pharmacy technician required.
• Knowledge of CPR+ and billing claim responses.

Responsibilities

• Manages customer care escalations email workflow.
• Works with customer service manager to ensure all escalations are addressed.
• Reports to customer care manager items that may cause escalations.
• Works all projects assigned by the customer service manager.
