Job summary

Onco360, a closed-door specialty pharmacy, is seeking compassionate professionals for our outbound phone support team. This role is remote after an onsite training period and offers a starting hourly wage with weekend shift differentials.

We provide health benefits, a 401k match, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and additional bonuses for credentials like CPhT. Prior pharmacy technician experience is preferred and licensing will be in line with state requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience as Pharmacy Technician (1+ years).
• Licensed/registered Pharmacy Technician as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Assist health care providers and patients by phone, answering questions and requests.
• Coordinate medication refill deliveries with patients and physician offices.
• Handle insurance issues including rejected claims and prior authorizations.
• Serve as primary contact for calls to patients and physicians.
