Onco360, a closed‑door specialty pharmacy, is seeking certified pharmacy technicians with strong customer service skills to support patients and providers by phone. The role begins with onsite training and moves to remote work after completion of training.

• Interact with insurance companies regarding rejected claims and prior authorizations.
• Serve as the primary contact for calls to patients and physicians.
