Job summary

Onco360, a closed-door specialty pharmacy, is seeking compassionate professionals for our outbound phone support team. This remote role follows onsite training and offers starting pay from $22 per hour, plus a $3/hour weekend differential.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for hires starting before December 28, 2026. Benefits include 401k with match, PTO/holidays, tuition reimbursement, company-paid life and disability insurance, floating holiday, and referral incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pharmacy Technician with 1+ years of experience.
• PTCB Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist health care providers and patients by phone, answering questions and requests.
• Coordinate medication refill deliveries with patients and physician staff.
• Work with insurance companies regarding rejected claims and prior authorizations.
• Serve as a primary contact for calls to patients and physicians.
