Oak Street Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician I for remote work in the United States. You will act as the liaison between patients, providers, and pharmacists, handling refills, outbound calls, and accurate documentation with a focus on privacy and quality.

The role requires 1+ year of retail pharmacy experience, an active state license, CPhT certification, and strong MS Office/Google Suite skills; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of retail pharmacy experience required.
• Active Pharmacy Technician License in the state of residence.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred, medical Spanish a plus.

Aufgaben

• Field inbound calls for refill requests and investigate status of refills.
• Assist/remind patients in obtaining refills from their pharmacy.
• Make outbound calls to pharmacies on behalf of patients when needed.
• Coordinate with center care teams to overcome barriers to refills.
• Document patient requests and updates in electronic systems.
• Meet departmental metrics and maintain licensure and CE requirements.
• Engage with patients while ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
