Formación

• Minimum 1 year of retail pharmacy experience required.
• Active Pharmacy Technician License in the state of residence.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• US work authorization.

Responsabilidades

• Field inbound calls for refills and renewals and fulfill medication renewal requests.
• Contact patients and assist them in obtaining refills from retail, independent, or mail-order pharmacies.
• Make outbound calls to pharmacies on behalf of patients when needed.
• Document patient requests and updates in electronic platforms.
• Coordinate with care teams and use EMR to send requests.
