Job summary

Conduent is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Services Associate to support customers as the first point of contact. You will answer questions about accounts and resolve issues while delivering exceptional service.

This remote role emphasizes accurate data handling and compliance with program procedures. You will work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, Monday to Friday, and will collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure timely order processing and escalation when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pharmacy Technician certification required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Prior clerical/customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide first call resolution for state eligibility programs via telephone (e.g., Medicaid, SNAP).
• Enter client data into the system.
• Assist with understanding rights and responsibilities related to appeals.
• Verify eligibility and summarize case activity.
• Work daily from assigned queues and incoming documents.
• Support pharmacy operations as a program resource in a patient-facing role.
• Retrieve prescriptions from various sources for review.
• Handle prescription prior authorization requests.
• Provide tier 1 and 2 support and coordinate with escalation teams.
