Job summary

Conduent is hiring a Pharmacy Technician Services Associate to support customers as the first point of contact. You will answer questions about accounts, help with account issues, and deliver exceptional customer service while meeting performance goals.

Responsibilities include verifying eligibility, processing claims, and assisting with general pharmacy operations in a patient-facing role. Training is provided and a full-time schedule is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician designation required.
• Prior clerical/customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides first call resolution for state eligibility programs via telephone (e.g., Medicaid, SNAP).
• Enter client data into system accurately.
• Assist clients with understanding rights and responsibilities related to appeals.
• Verify eligibility and summarize case activity.
• Handle prescription prior authorization requests and support pharmacy operations.
• Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support and coordinate with escalation teams.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
• Gather information to properly resolve the situation and communicate resolutions.
