Job summary

Conduent, a global provider of services, is hiring a Pharmacy Technician Services Associate to support customers as the first point of contact. This remote role involves answering questions about accounts, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service to help achieve performance goals.

The position requires a Certified Pharmacy Technician, HS diploma, and legal authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Prior clerical or customer service experience.
• Comfortable adhering to established processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provides first call resolution for state eligibility programs via telephone.
• Enter client data into the system accurately.
• Assist clients with understanding rights and responsibilities related to appeals.
• Verify eligibility and summarize case activity.
• Handle daily queues and incoming documents.
• Support pharmacy operations as a program resource in a patient-facing role.
• Retrieve prescriptions for review and completeness.
• Provide tier 1 and 2 support and coordinate with escalation teams.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints using standard scripts.
• Gather information to resolve situations and communicate options.
