ExactCare Pharmacy seeks Pharmacy Technicians to operate in a remote, high-energy environment, handling phone-based patient interactions, prescription data entry, and billing tasks. You will coordinate with doctors and facilities to resolve authorizations and transfers while maintaining strict confidentiality and accuracy.

The role involves onboarding new patients, supporting a nationwide patient base, and thriving in a fast-paced setting with strong drug knowledge and customer service focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified with PTCB or NHA and maintain current certificate.
• Must maintain pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment.
• Enter a high volume of data with speed and accuracy for prescription information.
• Receive prescription authorizations, clarifications, or transfers using pharmacy software.
• Perform claim adjudication and auditing duties including prior authorizations, billing, and eligibility checks.
• Make outbound calls to patients and support onboarding with pharmacists and physicians.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
