A leading remote staffing agency is seeking a candidate for a remote call center position that involves managing member calls and maintaining program files. The ideal applicant should have a high school diploma, strong customer service skills, and a working knowledge of prescription drugs. Experience in retail pharmacy and call centers is preferred. This role requires excellence in communication and remote work abilities, ensuring effective service to members in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in retail or hospital pharmacy preferred.
• At least two (2) years of call center experience required.
• Knowledge of prescription drug names and therapeutic classes.
• Experience with Medicare Part D prescription benefits is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor toll free call center and handle incoming member calls.
• Maintain call logs and spreadsheets for membership.
• Monitor electronic mailbox and respond appropriately.
• Assist in identifying resolution of challenges to fulfill key corporate objectives.

Skills

Strong customer service and phone skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products

Ability to communicate effectively with employees and clients

Ability to work well in a work-from-home environment

Education

High School Diploma or GED
