• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in health care/insurance.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) in good standing.
• Current State Pharmacy Technician Licensure in good standing.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacists, pharmacy coordinators, and pharmacy programs via member outreach, care coordination, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with providers, pharmacies, and care teams to address medication access barriers and refer members to resources.
• Document interactions accurately and meet productivity goals in a remote environment.
