Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician License in your state is required.
• 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a retail, mail order, or hospital pharmacy.
• Inbound/outbound call experience in any pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities

• Resolve issues on prescriptions that are incomplete or have clinical issues.
• Communicate with physician offices and hospitals via fax or telephone.
• Research and update clarifications and denials on patient profiles.
