Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to bridge service gaps for PACE clients and their participants in facilities and the network pharmacies serving them. You will provide enrollment support for new PACE enrollees, share pharmacy benefit information with network pharmacies, coordinate discharges and medication delivery, and deliver help desk support while upholding AnewHealth’s Core Values.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication, patient-centered focus and professional demeanor.
• Proficient with MS Office and ability to navigate proprietary software.

Responsibilities

• Provide enrollment support for new PACE enrollees.
• Communicate pharmacy benefit information to network pharmacies contracted with facilities.
• Coordinate facility discharges to ensure medication reconciliation and delivery to home.
• Provide help desk support to network pharmacies.
• Educate PACE staff regarding CareKinesis and network pharmacy processes.
• Make outgoing calls to gather information for customer requests.
• Coordinate and set up couriers to ensure timely medication delivery.
• Make outgoing calls to confirm delivery with participants.
