Job summary

WTW is seeking a Pharmacy Senior Director to drive strategic directions for the pharmacy business and lead large, high-visibility client engagements. You will influence marketplace strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand our integrated pharmacy offerings across North America.

The role requires a pharmacist degree or significant consulting experience, with a focus on driving client value, revenue growth, and innovative engagement design. Travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in design/management of large group pharmacy benefit plans in consulting or brokerage environments.
• Proven ability to generate revenue across client engagements.
• Track record leading global teams and strategic partnerships.
• Executive presence with strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of innovative pharmacy approaches and collaborate with executives.
• Negotiate PBM vendor contracts and evaluate vendor partnerships.
• Drive revenue through new client pursuits and engagement design.
• Mentor consultants and lead cross-functional teams across WTW.
• Contribute to marketing and thought leadership in pharmacy.
• Conduct PBM plan analyses, cost-savings, and member engagement strategies.
