Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience with proven results
• 2+ years in medical/pharmacy fields
• 4+ years B2B field sales experience
• Experience in retail/distribution or healthcare/pharmacy sectors
• CRM tool proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, ACT)
• MS Office Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Strong consultative selling approach
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual budget objectives for assigned territory
• Build a comprehensive business plan to optimize territory performance
• Lead consultative sales process from qualification to contract
• Develop robust sales funnel through cold calling and coordinated efforts
• Prepare for and participate in product and service improvements with partners
• Provide customers with strategic financial analysis and merchandising plans
• Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM data and real-time forecasts
• Travel extensively to customers (8-12 nights/month) in NYC area
