Fuze Health Inc. seeks a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification, patient consultations and clinical pharmacy operations.

You will oversee daily performance, ensure patient safety, and maintain regulatory compliance while collaborating with Product, Workforce Management and Compliance teams. You will use data to drive improvements, develop training and quality assurance programs, and support workflows across Dialpad, Alto OS,

Formación

• Pharmacist must be licensed and licensed in good standing.
• PharmD degree from an accredited school.
• Experience leading remote or centralized pharmacy operations.
• Strong regulatory and patient safety knowledge.
• Ability to use data and reporting tools to drive improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote verification and patient consultations.
• Oversee day-to-day performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop reporting and performance visibility using Looker and other tools.
• Collaborate with Workforce Management and Care leadership to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Develop training and quality assurance programs for safe pharmacy operations.
• Lead change and translate changes into clear expectations for the team.
• Maintain proficiency in workflows and tools (Dialpad, Alto OS, Aspect, Veriato).
• Ensure regulatory compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policies.
