Fuze Health is building the pharmacy of the future with a Remote Pharmacist team. The Care Supervisor, Pharmacist leads a Remote Pharmacist group delivering high-quality pharmacy services, including remote verification and patient consultations, while ensuring compliance and patient safety.

The role focuses on staffing, performance, training, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize workflows and patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active, clear Pharmacist license in your state of residence.
• 4+ years experience in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience coaching and developing a team with clear performance expectations.
• Experience in pharmacy operations including prescription verification and patient consultations.
• Ability to use data and performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists in remote verification and clinical operations.
• Oversee day-to-day team performance across service levels, productivity, quality and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility for Remote Pharmacy Operations.
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure appropriate coverage with Workforce Management.
• Develop and execute training and quality assurance programs.
• Lead change by implementing new workflows, tools, and programs.
• Develop proficiency across systems (Dialpad, Alto OS, Aspect, Veriato) to monitor and improve workflows.
• Support frontline operations and participate in rotations as needed.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations and company policies.
• Manage escalations with cross-functional teams to drive timely resolutions.
