Job summary

Fuze Health, a patient-first healthcare technology company, seeks an Inventory Control Manager to lead the pharmacy inventory program and standardize processes. You will oversee physical inventories, cycle counts, and reconciliations while reducing write-offs and shrink. This role partners with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Data teams.

You will build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and implement SOPs to improve accuracy and reporting. Travel up to 25% and remote-friendly options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience managing inventory within pharmacy operations or a related environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments, write-offs, expired products, excess inventory, and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, inventory movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, quarantine, and disposition.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, days on hand, inventory turns, expirations, and other KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting inventory risks, trends, and exceptions.
• Partner with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Engineering to strengthen inventory controls.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve inventory systems and automate manual controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team members with clear performance measures.
• Support audits, new pharmacy locations, system implementations, and expansions.
