Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory controls across pharmacy operations, turning data into actionable improvements. You will oversee physical inventories, discrepancies, and standardized processes to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Engineering to strengthen controls, develop SOPs, and train teams while supporting audits and system implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing inventory within pharmacy operations, supply chain, warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, or related.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis using inventory transactions, operational data, and process documentation.
• Working knowledge of inventory control methods, including cycle-count programs, adjustment controls, aging, and loss prevention.
• Experience using inventory management, warehouse management, ERP, or similar systems.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables, LOOKUPs, formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL, Looker, NetSuite or Power BI.
• Experience creating inventory reports, dashboards, or performance metrics.
• Experience developing and implementing SOPs and inventory controls.
• Experience training employees on inventory systems, procedures, and compliance.
• Experience supervising inventory-related work and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across operations, including physical inventories and discrepancies.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments, write-offs, expired products, and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, and disposition.
• Monitor accuracy, days on hand, turns, expirations, and other KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting risks, trends, and exceptions.
• Partner with Pharmacy Ops, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Engineering.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve inventory systems and automate controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team with clear performance measures.
• Support audits, new locations, system implementations, and expansions.
