Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead pharmacy inventory programs, improve controls, and ensure accuracy across operations. You will develop SOPs, partner with cross-functional teams, and build dashboards to monitor risks and performance. This role emphasizes data-driven process improvements and regulatory compliance.

You will manage inventories, perform cycle counts, and support DSCSA requirements while traveling up to 25% as needed. Remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong experience with WMS, preferably Tecsys in pharmacy/healthcare.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel skills with data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with SQL, Looker, Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Ability to develop SOPs and train staff on inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations and cycle counts.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments and stockouts.
• Establish standardized receiving, put-away, movement, and dispensing processes.
• Monitor KPIs like days on hand, inventory turns, and expirations.
• Develop dashboards and reports highlighting risks and trends.
• Support DSCSA traceability and regulatory documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen inventory controls.
• Train inventory team and develop performance measures.
• Support audits and new location/system implementations.
