Job summary

Fuze Health is hiring an Inventory Control Manager to lead cross-functional inventory control programs in pharmacy operations and to optimize inventory accuracy, processes, and reporting. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Admin, or related field.
• Experience managing inventory within pharmacy operations or healthcare.
• Experience leading physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with ERP/Inventory systems.
• Knowledge of DSCSA or pharmaceutical traceability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments, write-offs, expired products, excess inventory, and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, inventory movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, quarantine, and disposition.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, days on hand, inventory turns, expirations, and other key performance indicators.
• Build dashboards and reports that highlight inventory risks, trends, and exceptions.
• Partner with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Engineering to strengthen inventory controls.
• Develop standard operating procedures and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve inventory systems and automate manual controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team members while establishing clear performance measures.
• Support audits, new pharmacy locations, system implementations, and operational expansions.
