Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Manager in California to lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations and implement standardized processes. The role emphasizes data-driven root-cause analysis, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations to strengthen accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory systems and reporting. Travel up to 25% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Admin, Ops Mgmt, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with WMS, preferably Tecsys.
• Experience managing inventory in pharmacy operations or related.
• Experience leading inventories, cycle counts, and discrepancies.
• Root-cause analysis using inventory/operational data.
• Knowledge of cycle-counts, aging, loss prevention, and reporting.
• Experience with ERP/Inventory systems and data analysis.
• Advanced Excel including pivots and lookups; SQL/BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations and cycle counts.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and reduce write-offs and shrink.
• Standardize receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns, and disposition.
• Monitor days on hand, turns, expirations, and KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting risks and trends.
• Support DSCSA requirements and product traceability.
• Collaborate with departments to strengthen inventory controls.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve systems and automate manual controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team and measure performance.
• Support audits, new locations, and system implementations.
