Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in applicable state
• 3 years pharmacy experience or PGY1/PGY2 in informatics
• Epic Willow certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Support medication EHR with informatics and clinical skills
• Liaise regarding clinical informatics
• Develop informatics plans, data analysis, and systems to improve practice and safety
• Design and implement new EHR builds to support clinical practice
• Consult with providers and leaders to evaluate information systems
• Create data analytics to facilitate performance review
• Develop automated clinical rules for patient care
• Coordinate with external agencies to ensure compliance
