Job summary

AnewHealth, a nationwide pharmacy care management company, is hiring Pharmacy Technicians for our Patient Engagement team. This remote, closed‑door environment focuses on resolving inbound questions from patients about their service with ExactCare/AnewHealth and coordinating with doctors and facilities.

You will support pharmacists and clinicians, maintain patient records with confidentiality, and deliver exceptional customer service during high call volumes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; PTCB or NHA certification expected.
• Pharmacy technician registration with state board required.
• Prior pharmacy setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients and resolve questions.
• Collect on patient balances when due.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a remote pharmacy environment.
• Liaise between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Assist with higher call volumes as needed.
• Follow state and federal regulations in communications.
